VIRTUAL LEAD DESK

Lead Desk is an opportunity for agents to select multiple 3-hour shifts each month to receive lead calls that come in via the office switchboard. 

The initial requirement to participate: Active with MLS for 45 days 

The monthly requirement to stay current with lead desk includes attendance at one monthly Team meeting each month (1st & 2nd Tuesdays). 

Lead desk sign-up typically takes place via Zoom on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 10 am. You will join the Zoom call with your schedule for the following month ready and we will take turns selecting shifts.
