Lead Desk is an opportunity for agents to select multiple 3 hour shifts each month to receive lead calls that come in via the office switchboard.
Initial requirement to participate: Active with MLS for 45 days
Monthly requirement to stay current with lead desk includes attendance at one monthly Team meeting each month (1st & 2nd Tuesdays).
Lead desk sign up typically takes place via zoom on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 10am. You will join the zoom call with your personal schedule for the following month ready and we will take turns selecting shifts.
Please do not use the meet.google link below for your lead desk session. You can however use the link to the right, under the time.
If you are a new agent who is just licensed you must have been active on the MLS for 45 days before you can sign up to get on the lead desk schedule. If you are an experienced agent and have been active with the MLS for longer than 45 days you are welcome to be included in virtual lead desk. Should we return back to 'in person' lead desk in the future, training will be required for all new participants.
