MEETING ROOM GUIDELINES

The priority for meeting rooms is always client meetings
Please be mindful that we have 2 meeting rooms, 1 studio and 2 private Lead Gen rooms to share with hundreds of agents
Maximum time limit is 2 hours per meeting room or studio and 60 minutes for a Lead Gen room.
Meeting Rooms are not intended or allowed for individual work or calling sessions. Please use Lead Gen rooms (60 minute sessions) for this purpose
Please do not assume a room is available because it is empty. Check with the Frontdesk to see if someone has the room booked first
Please replace chairs and furniture that you move around and discard of any items on the table and clean up messes/spills etc.

KW STUDIO GUIDELINES

Welcome to the KW NW Studio!

Reservations are required & you must be a current Keller Williams Austin ONE agent.

The studio features lighting, tripod, microphones (coming soon) and set/backdrop. Please provide your own camera or recording device.

The studio equipment must remain within the studio and cannot leave the premises. Additional fines may be charged if equipment is removed, lost or missing from the studios after your reservation. All equipment in the studios must be placed in their original locations after use of the studio space. All setup and breakdown time MUST be included in your reservation window. Please treat this equipment as if it were purchased by you and have the utmost respect for the room including leaving it clean and tidy and keeping to your reservation time.
