She's been a team leader for nearly fourteen years, Operating Partner for the last four years for kw Austin NW, and is currently serving as the Executive Team Leader at the Austin Northwest Market center, which is her third market center to take over. Melanie loves recruiting and working with top talent and knows that mindset and determination is everything! Melanie started her career in 2006 in Reno, NV during a very challenging and distressed market. It actually ended up being one of the BEST times to get into real estate!!! Before real estate, Melanie ran film and television production teams in Germany and loves working with big talent.
