Before real estate, Melanie ran film and television production teams in Germany and loves working with big talent. Michelle has been a REALTOR since 2006, a broker since 2008, and an accredited instructor since 2012.
After growing a thriving real estate team Michelle decided to expand her real estate endeavors and move into leadership. The start-up of the Cedar Park office of Keller Williams Realty grew and thrived. In 2012, Michelle decided to return to her real estate team to be more involved with her family. She has 5 kiddos! This was also the year Michelle began teaching. The team succeeded and decided to move to the Austin North office. Michelle served on the Agent Leadership Council.
In 2016 Michelle decided once again to move back into leadership & now helps lead the Austin Northwest Keller Williams office with nearly 500 agents. As the Team Leader, she coaches and consults the agents and staff to success.
Michelle also continues to teach in the industry. She teaches the Keller Williams International curriculum locally for the surrounding offices and has a passion for educating. At the local REALTOR association & Champions School of Real Estate she teaches all Pre-licensing, Salesperson Apprentice Education, and Graduate Realtor Institute courses, and more.
